In September 2024, our professional sales team conducted a highly successful property tour, offering private clients an exclusive opportunity to explore prime real estate in Larnaca and along the East Coast of Cyprus. These tours, held on 12 and 19 September, gave participants an in-depth look at some of the most desirable properties in the region, all eligible for Cyprus’s fast-track Permanent Residency (PR) programme.
Both tours were designed to provide a seamless, informative, and comfortable experience. Participants were collected from central locations in Larnaca and Protaras and traveled in a private minibus. Throughout the 4-hour tour, they visited several key real estate developments, enjoying complimentary refreshments and the company of property experts who provided detailed information about each property and its investment potential.
The first tour, held on September 12, focused on Larnaca region, which is undergoing significant urban transformation.
The tour started at 9:30 AM and participants were guided through five locations, including:
Clients viewed a variety of properties, including 1- and 3-bedroom apartments with panoramic sea views, set for completion by December 2024, and houses at earlier stages of construction.
The tour concluded with a personalized Q&A session, during which participants could ask in-depth questions about the properties and the PR program.
The second tour, on September 19, took clients to the picturesque East Coast of Cyprus, renowned for its stunning beaches and high tourist demand.
Starting at 9:30 AM, participants explored key areas such as Protaras, Pernera, Kapparis, and Paralimni, where they viewed beachfront properties with high rental potential.
This tour showcased a mix of off-plan and completed properties, from modern apartments to luxury villas, all within walking distance of the seaside. Many of these properties were also eligible for the fast-track PR program, making them ideal for those looking for both a holiday home and a solid investment with rental income potential.
The tour concluded at a local café with the sea view, where clients enjoyed refreshments while engaging in an informal discussion with property experts, who answered any remaining questions and offered further guidance on the next steps in the purchasing process.
