French travel insurance company Insurly named the 10 safest countries in the world for travel in 2020. The countries were evaluated based on the following data: crime rate, terrorist threat danger, healthcare quality, natural disasters threat, etc.

Cyprus is recognized as one of the safest countries, confidently occupying the 5th place in the rating. The country is well known for its top level healthcare system, low crime rate and low accidents rate.
